1) About Boltv
Boltv sells IPTV devices and IPTV service plans. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Boltv. References to “you” mean the customer or site visitor.

Prices and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed at checkout. You agree to pay the total amount shown and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.
3) Service plans, activation, and renewals
Plan features, duration, and renewal terms are described on the Plans & Pricing page and/or at checkout. If a plan renews automatically, you may cancel renewal before the next billing date to avoid future charges (access may continue until the end of the current term).
4) Device compatibility and setup
Compatibility guidance is provided on our Devices and Setup & Support pages. You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection, home network, and compatible hardware meet the requirements for streaming performance.
5) Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You agree not to misuse the website, devices, or services, including attempting to interfere with security features, distributing malware, abusing networks, or using the services in a way that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.
6) Returns, refunds, and chargebacks
